Bath Highlights

*We had the individual winner (Alyssa!), 3 in the top 8, and all 7 runners in the top 21.

*One runner in the 18’s, two in the 19’s, and all 7 under 20:34.

*Our 6^th and 7^th runners (Elianna and Mara) beat Rockford’s 5^th runner – thus making the difference in the meet.           

*We have won this meet 3 of the past 4 years.

*Three All Time PR’s and four Season PR’s.

*Individually:

*          Alyssa’s 18:58 puts her 6^th on Saline’s All Time List – behind Eileen Creutz(17:41), Alex Leptich(17:54), Kate Carter(18:17), Joanne Gabl(18:28), Meagan Creutz(18:56).

            *          Kristin’s 19:18 puts her 14^th on the All Time List, and Amy’s 19:25 puts her 16^th.

            *          Changes in Saline’s Class All Time Top 10’s:

            *          Alyssa is 5^th on the sophomore list, and Kristin is 9^th.

*All 7 runners won individual medals and we brought home the first place trophy.

BATH INVITATIONAL

The Varsity A squad embarked on travels to Bath, MI on Friday after school. The girls continued their racing dominance by garnering the low 50 point score for the win, which has been their truth for the past 3 out of 4 years. Alyssa Cummings was the individual winner finishing in 18:58 and captured a 6^th place spot on Saline’s ALL TIME LIST. She is a darling in spikes and fierce competitor. Our top flight is comprised of a supersonic 7 who are exemplary teammates and gifted with talents including toughness, speed and competitive fire.  All team times are posted below.
